This is a vulnerable family living in Rurongo Refugee Camp in Isingiro district,headed by a single mother who is HIV positive and struggling to survive and care for her two younger children after the death of the husband. She is unable to do hard work and neither can she find a stable employmwent to support her family because of her weak healthy condition. Life has become so hard that they can not afford food,access medical facilities and oftenly children miss school due to lack of school fees,uniforms and scholastic materials as a result of exteme poverty. They sleep on a bare ground with no mattress and proper beddings.
Despite all these hardships,this mother continues to fight for survival and a future for her children. Her great desire is to regain strength,hope ,live in a safer and healthier environment and see her children attend school. Any support such as medical care,food and nutrition,school fees,scholastic materials, household essentials and beddings can help restore hope for this vulnerable family.
With kindness and compassion,this vulnerable mother and her children can recieve the care and hope they desperately need for a better life.
