Nalwanga Ruth a 65 year old grand mother whose life has become a story of endurance,sacrifice ,Ruth is the sole guardian to her young grand son .Segawa a child born to her daughter who was long struggled with several mental illness .the boy father disappeared before he was born and to this day his whereabouts remain un known .from the very beginning right Ruth knew the responsibility of raising Segawa would rest entirely on her aging shoulders .Ruth survives on digging neighbors gardens for pay
