Isaac a 27year old youth, jobless with little education background. he has 4 children with a fear that they will not receive education and become jobless like him. their mother Joe's around helping in people's home to support her family. Isaac said he needs capital to start up his own business. they have no safe place to stay. we found the wife absent she went to neighbouring village to find something to eat today
