In the bustling town of Jinja, Uganda, young Nansasira Colleb, born on October 10, 2015, faces a life shaped by both hardship and hope. Orphaned at a young age, Colleb now lives with his uncle, who is his sole caregiver and source of support.
His uncle works tirelessly selling mandazi, a local delicacy, in order to provide for their daily needs. Despite his hard work and dedication, the small income he earns is not enough to cover basic necessities, especially the rising cost of quality education. Yet, he carries a strong dream to see his nephew grow through education and build a better future.
Colleb is a determined and eager learner who understands that education is his pathway out of poverty. With the right support, he can stay in school, develop his talents, and unlock opportunities that would otherwise remain out of reach.
