Jamirah is a 13-year-old girl growing up in a very poor family where meeting basic needs is a daily struggle. She often misses school because her family cannot afford school fees, uniforms, and books. At home, poverty and frequent illnesses make life even harder. Jamirah also faces challenges in understanding lessons due to difficulties in her mental development, which makes learning slower and more stressful for her. Despite this, she is kind, determined, and wants to live a better life.
With donor support, Jamirah can access school fees, learning support programs, medical care, and proper nutrition. She can also receive special education support to help her learn at her pace.
With this help, Jamirah can grow into a confident, independent young woman with hope for her future.
