Nakandi's Story
At just 12 years old, Susan made the most important decision of her life — she gave her life to Christ. Since then, she has grown to love praying and serving God with a sincere heart. Her faith keeps her strong, even when life around her is difficult.
Susan comes from a poor family that struggles daily, especially in matters of health. She has seen the pain caused when people cannot access proper medical care. This has planted a burning desire in her heart: her dream is to become a doctor. Susan prays that one day she will build a health center where the needy and the sick can find help and healing without struggling.
But for Susan to reach this dream, she needs support. Her family cannot afford the cost of her education. With help, Ketra can study hard, pursue her calling, and use her gift of compassion to bring hope and healing to her community.
