Nabukera's Story
Dezzy is a young orphan girl with a tender heart and a strong spirit. She lost both of her parents when she was still very young, and since then, life has been a constant struggle. Some days she goes to bed hungry, and other days she faces the pain of not knowing how she will continue her education. But through it all, Dezzy holds onto one thing her dream.
Dezzy dreams of becoming a nurse. She has seen many people in her village suffer without proper medical care, and she wishes she could help them. Her heart is full of compassion; whenever she sees someone in pain, she feels deeply moved to comfort them. That is where her calling began the desire to care, to heal, and to bring hope.
At school, Dezzy is known for her hard work and her bright smile. Even when things get difficult, she never gives up. Her teachers describe her as a focused and kind-hearted student who believes that one day her dream will become real.
Dezzy believes that with faith, determination, and the support of kind people, she will one day wear the nurse’s uniform proudly. She hopes to use her life to bring healing not only to the body but also to the hearts of those who are broken and forgotten just like she once was.
