Betty's Story

Nagawa Betty’s story is one of strength, love, and hope despite great loss. She lost both her parents and now lives with her grandmother, who is 86 years old and frail. Though her grandmother’s love is endless, she cannot provide much. Betty carries the heavy responsibility of caring for her elderly grandmother every day, balancing chores with her dream of becoming a doctor.

Betty’s heart is full of determination. She wants to study medicine not just for herself, but so she can one day care for her grandmother and others in her community who suffer from illness and lack of proper care. But the challenges are enormous. With limited resources, no steady support, and the weight of responsibility on her young shoulders, her dream feels distant.

To donors with big hearts: your support can change Betty’s life and give her the education she needs to become a doctor. Together, we can help her rescue her family’s future and bring healing where it’s needed most. Please help Nagawa Betty rise and shine.
